From a Single Line, Panasonic or a Cortelco Phone:

• Connect to your first party or announce to your
  caller that you are inviting a third individual into
  your conversation

• Flash the switchhook once

• Listen for the special dial tone

• Dial the number of the third party

• When they answer announce the three-way call

• Flash the switchhook again

• All three parties are now connected

From a D^term Phone:

• Connect to your first party or announce to your
  caller that you are inviting a third individual into
  your conversation

• Press the transfer key

• Dial the number of the third party

• When they answer announce the three-way call

• Press the Conf key

• All three parties are now connected
