Resident Hall Students Voice Mail

Request Voice Mail Service or Report Voice Mail Trouble

You must request Voice Mail Service for your Resident Hall room.  This service is FREE and a great
way to keep in contact with family and friends. Once your request has been processed you will
receive an e-mail from Rocket Telecom indicating your request has been processed. The first time
you enter your mailbox, the User Tutorial will be activated automatically. To activate your voice mail account from your room phone dial 6060 and follow the User Tutorial prompts.  The New User
Tutorial will "talk you through" your first voice mail session, including setting up your mailbox with a personalized greeting, recording your name and creating a passcode.  Before beginning the system tutorial think of a passcode you will remember (passcodes are 4-10 digits in length) and prepare a personal greeting you wish your callers to hear. *Note you must complete the tutorial from beginning
to end or your permanent pass code will not register and you will have to repeat the tutorial.
