Rocket Telecom can
provide a live video streaming service for all our
constituents, which includes faculty, staff, student and
University affiliates. We are able to provide live video
streaming from on campus to the Internet and the Campus
Cable TV system. Your video stream can be digitally

Due to the technical nature of this service we normally
require five working days advance notice. |

Conference Rocket Telecom can provide video streaming
service for all our constituents, which includes faculty,

to encode video from any source into a format that can be
viewed with QuickTime players. We will encode and host video
files on a streaming service which we will maintain. For a

Details:

Streaming video must
be 30 minutes or less

This service is
intended to support training, orientation and to assist
with relaying repetitive material in a standard format for
Administrative and Student Support Operations.

Deliver content to
Rocket Telecom's Main Office (Rocket Hall 1902) or Tom
Beyersdorf's office (Carlson Library B35)

Rocket Telecom will
provide a test stream normally within five working
days for customer approval. Basic editing will be done.

Set up fee - covers encoding
Web Hosting and Maintenance
Fee-(covers six months of server access) These fees are
billed to the department telephone bill. |

Once the test stream has been approved
you will be provided with a link for your website. This link
will remain available for streaming for six months. At the
end of this period the user will be notified that the link
will become inactive and may request another six months. |

The University of Toledo
has two satellite dishes on campus. The satellite systems
can be scheduled on a first come first serve basis by
e-mailing or calling

programming such as seminars, courses and lectures can be
taped or viewed live anywhere a cablevision outlet is
available.

We are not equipped to
provide entertainment programs such as sporting events or
movies via our system.
